The Witchcraft Evil Eye blanket is my newest evil eye crochet pattern, and I designed it for anyone who enjoys bold geometric layouts with a mystical feel. I wanted a design that looked striking from across the room while still being simple enough to follow one square at a time with corner-to-corner crochet.

Why I chose this Witchcraft Evil Eye design
I’ve always liked symbols that have a long history behind them, and the evil eye is one of the most recognizable.
It appears in many cultures and is often connected with protection, good fortune, and positive energy. That made it a natural choice for this mystical crochet pattern.
I also wanted this spiritual crochet design to have a clean repeating layout that feels balanced. The rows of eyes create a bold pattern that works well as a boho crochet blanket while still keeping the graph simple enough to follow one block at a time.

Graph size and color chart information
This graph measures 80 x 100 pixels, making it a good size for many blanket projects. Your finished blanket size will depend on the yarn, hook, and whether you make it using standard C2C or Mini C2C.
This design uses just three colors, making yarn planning much easier. Check the square counts below before choosing your yarn so you can estimate how much you’ll need for your blanket.

Estimate your yarn and blanket size
Every crocheter uses different yarn, hooks, and tension, so the finished blanket size can vary quite a bit. That’s why I created calculators to help you estimate both the finished measurements and the amount of yarn you’ll need before you begin.
Start by making a small swatch using your chosen yarn, hook, and either C2C or Mini C2C. Then use the calculators to estimate the finished size. Whether you’re making a baby blanket, lapghan, throw, children’s blanket, or full-size bed blanket, these tools will help you plan with more confidence.
