I’ve always liked the mix of frogs, mushrooms, and moonlit skies. They remind me of quiet evenings in the woods where everything feels calm and a little mysterious. Putting those ideas together felt like the perfect match for a blanket.
Fairy themes continue to be popular because they work for children, teens, and adults.
Instead of making a traditional frog design, I wanted this one to feel like it belonged in a fantasy forest, sitting on top of mushrooms beneath the moon. That became the starting point for this frog crochet blanket pattern.

This Fairy Frog blanket uses an 80 x 100 pixel graph, giving you a total of 8,000 squares to crochet. That size is detailed enough to show the small fairy wings, mushrooms, moon, and stars while remaining easy to follow.
